You will receive a confirmation email your order has been
placed. Our order processing team will reach out if there is any incomplete
information or problems. You will also receive status emails when your order is
shipped. You can track you packages here.

It generally takes us about 1-2 days to process your order and
during that time, you may have the chance to change your shipping address if we
have not already processed and shipped your order. Please contact us as soon as
possible and our customer service team will work with you to help make any
adjustments to your order if we have not already processed it.

Yes, but with limitations.

BOS is currently shipping to:

• Customers within the United States
• Customers within Canada
• Customers within the United Kingdom

BOS does not currently ship
to customers other than those listed above at this time.

Shipping speed is one of our top priorities and therefore, we
will only officially expand shipping to other regions besides the United
States, Canada, and the United Kingdom when we can guarantee the shipping
time.  

We have warehousing in the US, UK, EU, and China. On the product
page, we have a section estimating shipping times based on where we have the
our product warehoused.

For most orders, processing time is within 2 business days.
Shipping from the US to the US is around 5 business days. For orders from the
US to the UK, it is about 10 business days. For orders listed from overseas to
the US, shipping is about 10 business days. For orders listed overseas and to
the UK, shipping about 5 business days.

Some of our items are handmade or special order. Please see the
item description for information on the additional time required, which varies
from 2 weeks to 6 weeks additional.
